摘 要
新中國成立到改革開放之前，我國社會主義經濟一直采用的是計劃經濟體制。這種高度集中統一的經濟管理體制曾對我國社會主義建設發揮重要作用，在財力不足、技術落后、工業基礎薄弱的情況下，通過國家的集中統一管理，初步建立起了完整的社會主義工業體系，鞏固了社會主義政權。然而，改革開放之后，隨著經濟規模的不斷擴大，經濟成分多樣化，經濟關系日益復雜，這種統的過多過死的計劃經濟體制的弊端日益顯現，社會主義經濟的發展和改革開放事業的日益深入急切呼喚經濟體制的改革。1978 年安徽鳳陽小崗生產隊的大包干拉開了我國經濟體制改革的大幕，從農村到城市，以經濟體制改革為重點的社會主義改革成為燎原之勢。
從計劃經濟體制到社會主義市場體制的選擇再到社會主義市場經濟體制的完善，在這個艱難的轉變過程中，一代又一代的中國共產黨人付出了艱辛和努力。本論文對改革開放之后中國共產黨人對經濟體制改革所作的理論思考和實踐探索進行了全面系統的梳理。
論文主要包括五個部分。第一部分主要敘述了論文的選題背景，國內外研究概況，以及本文的研究思路和創新之處。第二部分主要論述了鄧小平的經濟體制改革思想，強鄧小平調市場的作用，創造性地提出了社會主義市場經濟理論，為我國全面實施市場經濟體制改革奠定了基礎。第三部分主要論述了江澤民對社會主義市場經濟理論的發展。江澤民大膽實踐，最終突破了高度集中的計劃經濟體制，初步建立了社會主義市場經濟體制。第四部分主要論述了胡錦濤對社會主義市場經濟體制改革理論的完善。胡錦濤根據時代發展的要求，提出了科學發展觀的重大戰略思想，以及構建社會主義和諧社會的戰略任務，從而使社會主義市場經濟體制進一步完善和發展。第五部分主要論述了習近平對社會主義市場經濟體制改革的深化和創新。
習近平針對新的經濟發展形勢提出了中國經濟發展新常態的論斷，成為當前和今后一個時期指導我國經濟發展的重要思想。論文最后總結概括了我國社會主義市場經濟體制改革過程中的經驗和啟示，以便更好地推進社會主義市場經濟體制改革的發展和完善，為實現“兩個一百年”的奮斗目標，實現中華民族偉大復興的中國夢奠定堅實基礎。

Abstract
Before the founding of new China to the reform and opening up, China's socialisteconomy has been used is planned economic system. This highly centralized and unifiedmanagement of the economy system has to play an important role in our socialist construction,the lack of financial resources, backward technology, under the condition of weak industrialbase, through the national centralized and unified management, preliminary build a completeindustrial system of socialism, strengthen the socialist regime. However, after the reform andopening up, with the enlargement of economic scale, economic composition is diverse,increasingly complex economic relations, this kind of system had too much death becomesincreasingly the disadvantages of planned economy system, the development of socialisteconomy and increasingly deepening of reform and opening up business urgently calls for thereform of economic system. In 1978, anhui fengyang small all-round responsibility system forthe production team of leading up to the our country economic system reform, from rural tourban, with emphasis on the economic system reform, socialist reform become start a prairiefire.
From planned economic system to the choice of the socialist market system and theimprovement of the socialist market economic system, in this difficult transition process,generation after generation of Chinese communists worked hard and hard work. In this paperto the reform and opening up after the Chinese communists to the economic system reform oftheoretical thinking and practical exploration conducted a comprehensive system of comb.
The thesis mainly includes five parts. Jiang zemin bold practice,finally broke through the highly centralized planned economic system, initially established asocialist market economic system. The fourth part mainly discusses the hu for the perfectionof the socialist market economic system reform theory. Hu jintao, according to therequirement of times development, and puts forward the scientific concept of development ofmajor strategic ideas, as well as the strategic task of building a harmonious socialist society,which further perfecting the socialist market economic system and development. The fifthpart mainly discusses the Xi jinping to the deepening of the socialist market economic systemreform and innovation. Xi jinping have been put forward for the new economic developmentsituation, China's economic development of the new normal, for the current and future aperiod's important thoughts guiding China's economic development.
